Here are some perfectly tested resipes for breakfast pancakes, super easy and delicious!
Peanut Butter & Banana Pancakes
1/4c oats
1/3c Greek yogurt
1/2 banana
2tbsp Pb2
1tsp baking powder-vanilla extract
Add all to a food processor till smooth ➡️ Pour into a sprayed pan over medium heat ➡️ (optional) Top with extra Greek yogurt, slices of banana, and some honey.
Strawberry Protein Pancakes
2tbsp oat flour
2tbsp coconut four
1 scoop strawberry protein powder
1 egg
1/4c water or milk
1tbsp sweetener
1/2tsp baking powder - vanilla
2-3 sliced strawberries
For topping:
low fat cream cheese (Philadelphia)
a strawberry
Mix all together and pour into a sprayed pan ➡️Layer pancakes and top with cream cheese and strawberry.
Coffee Pancakes
1/4c wholewheat flour + 2tbsp ( or oat flour)
1/2c pumpkin purée
1/2tbsp cacao powder
1/4c coffee ( liquid )
1 egg
1/2tsp baking powder
1-2tbsp sweetener
Mix all together, and pour into a sprayed pan.
For frosting:
2tbsp plain Greek yogurt
2tbsp coffee ( liquid )
1tsp sweetener
Mix all and top your pancakes then add some cacao nibs.
Flourless Green Protein Pancakes
1/2c + 1tbsp cooked sweet potato
1c fresh spinach leaves
1 egg white
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1tsp baking powder
1tbsp coconut sugar/stevia
Filling:
Mix White down-pointing backhand index
2tbsp fat free Greek yogurt
1tbsp vanilla protein powder
Topping (optional):
Slices of 1/4 banana
Sugar-free homemade chocolate syrup
Directions:
Place all pancake ingredients in a food processor and pulse till smooth ➡️ Pour into a sprayed pan ➡️ Layer with Greek yogurt filling ➡️ (optional) Top with banana slices and sugar-free chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
Chocolate and Vanilla Pancake Layers
1 egg
1/3c oats
1/2 scoop vanilla protein
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
1/4c milk
2-3tsp date paste-syrup
2tsp unsweetened applesauce
1/2tsp baking powder
1tsp cacao powder
1/2tsp coffee mixed with 2tbsp water
Combine all ingredient except cacao powder and the coffee ➡️ Separate mixture in two bowls ➡️ Add caca powder and coffee to one of the bowls ➡️ Pour mixtures separately into a sprayed pan.
For Filling:
3tbsp Greek yogurt
2tbsp coffee (liquid)
1/2tsp cacao powder
1tsp natural sweetener
Layer pancakes with the filing and top with the remaining of the filling and a strawberry
