Low-carb High-protein  Food

Here are some recipes that are low in carbs and high in protein, helpful for carb-cycling and low-carb diets.

Strawberry Banana Protein Bread

 

 

1,1/4c oat flour

3 very ripe large bananas, mashed

1,1/2scoop strawberry or vanilla protein powder

2 eggs + 1 egg white

3-4tbsp low fat milk

1tsp baking powder-vanilla

1/4c semi sweet chocolate chips

1/4c coconut sugar

4-5 sliced strawberries

 

 

 

Preheat oven to 375F | 180C ➡️ Combine all ingredients together except chocolate chips and strawberries ➡️ Add in chocolate chips and stir ➡️ Pour mixture in a greased bread pan and place the sliced strawberries on top ➡️ Bake for 30-35mins or till a toothpick comes out clean.

 

 

Makes 16 even slices Bread each:

85kcal | 4.6g protein Heavy black heart️

 

If your banana are very ripe, you may not add the coconuts sugar. And the macros will be 74kcal per slice.

 

Cajun Shrimp

 

 

Recipe for Cajun Shrimp is posted on the  main course page, but the difference is substituding the rice with Riced Cauliflower. All what  you have to do is steaming 1/2 head of cauliflower and process it in a food processor until resembles rice ( you can add herbs and seasoning to taste).
