  We all love desserts, yet most of them are high in sugar and fat, which are the main reasons of weight gain. However, here are three delisous alternatives that can be done quickly. If you have a sweeter tooth, go ahead and try them out!  

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

 

Ingredients :

1 can of white beans

3tbsp peanut/nut butter

1/4c sugar free syrup or honey

1 egg white

1tsp vanilla

1/2tsp baking powder

2-3 packets sweetener 

2tbsp chocolate chips

 

Directions:

 

Blend everything except chocolate chips until smooth ➡ Stir in chocolate chips ➡️ Bake at 350f | 180c for 30-25mins.

 

Brownie For One

 

2tbsp oats flour

2tbsp cacao powder

1tbsp almond milk

1/4tsp baking powder

1tsp coconut oil

1tbsp egg whites

1.5tbsp stevia

A few mini dark chocolate chips

 

Combine all ingredients well exept chocolate chips ➡️ Pour into a mug or a single serve ramekin ➡️ Top with chocolate chips ➡️ Bake in the microwave for 45s

Two Ingredient Peanut Buter Cookies

 

1c all natural peanut butter

1 egg

* if its too sticky add a bit of oats

 

 

Preheat oven to 180c ➡️ Combine peanut buteer and the egg ➡️ Make into balls ➡️ Place on parchment paper ➡️ Flatten with fork ➡️ Bake for 8-10mins.

 

 

Makes about 12-13cookies.
